Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 23, 2026

Framecast is built to do one job and get out of your way. We don't require an account, we don't sell your data, and we delete your files shortly after we render them. Here's exactly what that means.

The short version: Your uploaded HTML and the videos we render for you are processed only to produce your export, and are automatically deleted from our systems within roughly 30 minutes. We don't use them for anything else.

Who we are

Framecast is operated by Matt Tipton, a sole proprietor doing business as “Framecast,” based in Texas, United States. For any privacy question, email info@framecastvideo.com.

What we collect

What we do not do

How long we keep things

Uploaded files and rendered videos are stored only transiently and are automatically removed within roughly 30 minutes of processing. If you need a copy of your export, download it promptly. Payment records held by Stripe are retained by Stripe under their own policies and as required for tax and accounting.

Third parties we rely on

Cookies

Framecast does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our payment and hosting providers may set strictly necessary cookies or use similar technology required to operate checkout and keep the Service secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Because we keep so little, and delete your files automatically, there is usually very little to act on, but you can always email info@framecastvideo.com and we'll help.

Children

Framecast is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above.
